Tiffin University was in 10th place after the opening day of the Findlay Spring Invitational.

TU tied with Malone with a 597 score, following rounds of 296 and 301. Indianapolis led the 17 team field with 559, followed by Grand Valley State with 570 and Maryville with 572.

All of TU's golfers were within 10 strokes of each other. Nico Kyprian led the way with rounds of 72 and 73 for 145, while Noah Barth shot 72-75 for 147.

Cameron McCloskey had even rounds of 76 for a 152 total, while Britton Hensel shot 76 and 77 for 153. David Siegel rounded out the top five with 76-79 for 155.

Justin Hand also golfed as an individual, shooting 76-72 for 148.
