Dragons show improvement in round two of National Championships

Tiffin University showed marked improvement on day two of the NCAA Men's Golf National Championships, cutting 13 strokes off their day one score.

TU, which remained in 18th place, jumped from 310 to 297 for a 607 total. Barry University leads the 20 team field with a 558 score, with West Florida in second with 561 and Florida Southern third with 264.

The biggest gains were made by Logan Price, who chopped 10 strokes off his score to lead the Dragons in the round. Price fell from 82 to 72 for a 154 total. Noah Barth also improved by three strokes (76-73) to lead the field after two days with 149. 

Jordan Bollenbacher was 4 strokes better (78-74) to place second overall for TU with 152, while Jay Green also had 152 after two rounds (74-78). Tomas Krivanec stayed steady with identical rounds of 82 for 154.
