Charlie Cleveland has added another honor to his distinguished career.

Cleveland was named to the D2Football.com Elite 100 Squad following his 2022 season.

The D2Football.com Elite 100 was selected by D2Football.com with input from coaches, scouts, media, and sports information directors from around the country.

Cleveland previously garnered D2CCA Super Region 1 Second Team honors at defensive line, his third All-Region honor. He also recently landed his fourth consecutive G-MAC Defensive Lineman of the Year honor along with a First Team selection.

Cleveland had another memorable year. He finished the regular season with a share of Tiffin's career sack record, tying Lewie Montgomery with 30. He also owns the career tackles for loss mark with 53, shattering Montgomery's former mark of 51 set in 1999. Overall he had 53 tackles, 5 sacks, and 10 tackles for loss.
