Darius Pinnix has been named GMAC Football Offensive Player of the Week.

Pinnix rushed for 116 yards on 13 carries (8.9 yards per rush) with a 16-yard touchdown run in a big 41-0 win on the road at Hillsdale. He also caught 3 passes for 29 yards and helped the offense outgain Hillsdale 419-164 in total offense including 236-97 in rushing yards.

So far this season Pinnix has 588 yards rushing and is averaging 98.0 yards per game, tops in the conference.
