Sir Zion Dance has been named GMAC Football Defensive Player of the Week.

Dance led the team with 9 tackles in the 28-13 win over Ohio Dominican in TU's home opener. He helped lead a defensive effort that held the Panthers to just 38 yards rushing, 4 sacks and two turnovers.

The Dragons have opened the season 2-0 and are allowing just 6.5 points per game and 24.5 yards rushing per game so far this season.
