Kevin Hyde earned his second Defensive Player of the Week honor, this time from D2Football.com.

Hyde previously was named GMAC Defensive Player of the Week after his stellar performance against Kentucky Wesleyan. Hyde matched the conference's single-game interception record with three picks, which also tied the TU record.  
 
Hyde's three takeaways accounted for all of KWC's turnovers in the game. 
 
Hyde came up big for the Dragons in a pivotal overtime win over Kentucky Wesleyan. Two of his picks came inside the red zone to put a halt to potential scoring drives by the Panthers.
 
Hyde added five tackles and now has five interceptions which ties him for the conference lead.
