Tiffin University has announced its 2021 football schedule.

The Dragons will defend their back-to-back GMAC Championships this fall with a seven-game conference schedule along with three non-conference contests.

The Dragons open on Sept. 11 with a home game against Northwood (1-10 in 2019), a GLIAC opponent who will be joining the GMAC in 2022. They then take to the road Sept. 18 to take on GLVC Champion Indianapolis (3-0 in 2020, 33-5 over last four seasons). The Greyhounds won their seventh GLVC title on April 24, setting up a powerhouse contest against the defending champs of both conferences. Tiffin then comes back home on Sept. 25 to battle Truman State (3-1 in 2020, 13-3 over last two seasons), another tough GLVC opponent who most recently lost in the GLVC title game to Indianapolis.

Next up is the annual Homecoming game on Oct. 2, when the Dragons will take on Hillsdale (2-2). They then travel to Lake Erie (0-3) on Oct. 9 before coming home to take on new GMAC rival Ashland on Oct. 16. Ashland finished 7-4 in 2019 and have went 24-10 over the last three seasons. The Dragons then go to Kentucky Wesleyan (1-4) on Oct. 23 and finish October back at home against Ohio Dominican (4-2) on Oct. 30 on Senior Night.

In November the Dragons have two road games - first at Walsh (1-4) on Nov. 6 and then their regular season finale at Findlay (4-2) on Nov. 13.

Times are to be determined and an additional game may be added to start the season.
