Tiffin University finished 3rd on Day Two at Stonegate.

Tiffin University excelled during their weekend at Stonegate. The Dragons received a team total of 27 points and came in 3rd place out of 11 schools, moving them up from a 5th place finish yesterday.
Intermediate jumping classes started the day for the Dragons. Paige McCaslin left her class with 6th place while Rebecca McCrea received 3rd place. Rachael received a 6th place and then Carolyn McCurrach dominated her class to earn a 1st place. Lindsay Weiser, Sydney Cox and Melissa Macechko all left their classes with 2nd places. Devyn Hennessey also left her class with a well deserved 1st place.
In the flat portion of the competition, Carolyn McCurrach left her open class with 3rd place. Rachael Dowczek left the intermediate class with 6th place, and Rebecca McCrea received 5th place. Moving into the novice, Paige McCaslin received 4th place while Lindsey Weiser, Sydney Cox and Melissa Macechko all received 2nd places. In the beginning walk/trot/canter division, Madeline Powers left her class with 3rd place. Calysta Herniter received 4th place. In walk/trot, Alexis Williams received 6th place.
The University of Findlay had 35 points, Lake Erie College 30, Tiffin 27 and Kent State University came in 4th behind Tiffin with 20 points.
