Alex Holley

Alex Holley enters his third year at Tiffin University, where he will serve as Assistant Coach for the baseball team, coaching the infielders for the Dragons in 2022-23.

Holley comes from Kalamazoo, Michigan, where he worked at Next Level Performance in Schoolcraft, Michigan as a strength & conditioning coach. He has trained all levels of athletes from youth to the collegiate levels, including two professional athletes who compete in the Nascar Gander Outdoor Truck Series and the Pro Motocross Championship. In 2019, Holley became an assistant baseball coach at Kellogg Community College. During his time there he also served as the strength & conditioning coach for the baseball and women’s soccer programs.

Before coaching, Holley attended Vicksburg High School in Vicksburg, Michigan, where he was a three-sport athlete in baseball, football, and basketball. After graduation, Holley continued his baseball career at Kellogg Community College under coaches Eric Laskovy and Jim Miller. During his time there as an infielder, the Bruins captured the 2015 conference and regional titles and earned a fifth-place finish at the National Junior College World Series. His team also finished eighth in the country for team GPA.

After his two years at Kellogg Community College, Holley finished his academic and athletic career at Spring Arbor University under coaches Sam Riggleman and Ryan Marken. In 2017, he received his Bachelor’s degree in Health and Exercise Science after playing a key role in the Cougars' lineup as an infielder.

Holley is from Vicksburg, Michigan, and currently lives in Tiffin, Ohio.
