Jason Werling (2004-07) is one of the top throwers for Tiffin University’s men’s track and field program. He is a seven-time National Qualifier (6 times in shot put, once in hammer throw) over his career. He was named 2005 NAIA All American with a 7th place finish in the shot put while also winning the 2005 AMC championship in the shot put and the 2007 AMC championship in the hammer throw. He is second in career conference outdoor scoring with 90 points. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration – Accounting and a master’s degree in Business Administration. Jason currently serves as an Accounting Manager at Marathon Petroleum Company. He and his family reside in Lima, Ohio.
