Rachel Richardson (2002-05) is the most honored pitcher in Tiffin University softball history. She is an All-American athlete who earned 2004 American Mideast Conference Player of the Year honors while coming back the next season and earning 2005 AMC Pitcher of the Year laurels. She holds Tiffin's career record for victories with 86 while also holding career records for complete games, ERA, and eight other pitching records. She is a three-time All-Region and All-AMC honoree while also collecting two All-Independent honors. During her career she helped lead TU to three conference titles and four consecutive Region Championship appearances. She earned Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Business Administration and currently works for Ameritas Life Insurance. She resides in Hamilton, Ohio.
