Men’s Track and Field Hit Multiple Provisional Marks at Home Event

Tiffin University's men's track and field squad had a number of provisional marks at the Tiffin University Open 2 meet in the Heminger Center.

Leading the way were two first-place finishes. Garrett Hoepf won the high jump with a provo mark of 2.03 meters, while Jacob McPherson also won the shot put with a toss of 17.13 meters. Ryan Cook also hit a provo mark in the shot put with a throw of 16.52 for 2nd place.

Elijah Miller took first place in the long jump with a mark of 6.89 meters and Javier Sanchez came in seventh with a leap of 6.17 meters.

Jake Price was first in the triple jump with a mark of 12.89 meters and Elijah Miller came in fourth with a mark of 11.94 meters.

Malachi Adams was runner-up in the 60 meters with a mark of 6.66, while Dylan Randall also hit a provo mark in 4th place with 6.78.

Collin Jasin was also 2nd with a provisional clearance of 5.05 meters.

Michael McNeil was runner-up in the 200 meters with 22.36, while Drevon Trapp was 2nd in the 400 with 51.56. Reyhan Muhammad was 3rd in the same race with 51.79.

McPherson was also 3rd in the weight throw with a throw of 20.50 meters.
