Women’s Track and Field Hit Multiple Provisional Marks at Home Event

Tiffin University's women's track and field squad had a number of NCAA provisional marks at the Tiffin University Open 2 meet in the Heminger Center.

Rajiah Andrews accounted for two of those marks, winning the 60 hurdles in 8.71 and the 60 meters in 7.58.

Brook Boes got two more provo marks, winning the weight throw with a toss of 18.01 meters, while also finishing 2nd in the shot put with a provo mark of 14.64.

Chelsea Janis won the 200 meters with 26.71, while Samantha Smith tied for the lead in the pole vault with 3.53 meters, along with teammates Lily Hollibaugh and Olivia Ward.

C'airra Carter was runner-up in the long jump with a leap of 5.13 meters, Emily Curtice was third with a leap of 5.05 meters, Deona Davis came in fifth with a mark of 4.79 meters, and Kamaria Shepard finished sixth with a mark of 4.78 meters.

Amirah Strauther was 2nd in the 60 hurdles in 8.99, Sidney Richardson was 3rd in the 60 in 7.92, and Brittany Devall was 3rd in the weight throw with 16.80.
