The USTFCCCA has released the latest Rating Index for Division II Women's Indoor Track & Field, where the Tiffin women jumped five spots to place 8th.  

Grand Valley State sits in first followed by Minnesota State, Central Missouri, West Texas A&M, and Southwest Baptist. Two other GMAC schools finished in the top 25 with Hillsdale coming in at No. 13 followed by Findlay landing in the No. 24 spot. 

The Dragons have showed strong performances so far this season in the field events with Marisa Gwinner leading the way for Tiffin, posting 1.77m in the high jump to lead the nation across DII along with Mercedeez Francis who ranks No. 6 in the nation.

Madeline Hayes ranks 4th in the pole vault with a mark of 4.00 meters, while Jazilee Williams is also in the top 10 with a mark of 6th in the long jump. She also has a mark of 15th in the high jump and 7th in the pentathlon.

Nicole Berry comes in at No. 3 in the shot put with a mark of 15.27 meters, and the DMR squad sits at 19th as well. 

The next competition for the women is Feb. 26-27 at the GMAC Championships.
