Tiffin University's women's tennis team had a couple of entries in the latest ITA national rankings.

The Dragons were ranked 37th in Division II. They finished with an 18-7 record and were the G-MAC regular season champions. They qualified for NCAA regionals for the second consecutive season, marking the sixth time overall that the women's tennis program has reached Midwest Regional competition. They qualified for four consecutive years from 2014 to 2017. 

The doubles team of Anaelle Lepinay/Carina Avram was also ranked 31st in the country. They went 12-8 during 2023. Both players are two-time All G-MAC selections.

The women were also ranked 5th overall in the Midwest Region.
