Dragons guarantee share of G-MAC title with 4-3 win

Tiffin University (17-5, 7-0 G-MAC) guaranteed at least a share of the G-MAC title with a 4-3 win at Ashland.

TU holds a one-game lead in the standings over Findlay with one game remaining.

TU battled all night, winning the deciding match at fifth singles where Shea Foster picked up a three-set 4-6, 6-0, 6-3 win. 

TU lost the doubles point, getting its lone win from Foster again as she teamed with Carina Avram for a 6-2 win. Celine Ferron/Emily Barrett fell 7-5, while Anaelle Lepinay/Sharanya Shetty lost 6-3.

Lepinay bounced back for a solid 6-2, 6-2 singles win, while Avram won 6-0, 6-1 and Shetty picked up a 6-1, 6-1 victory.

Barrett fell 7-6, 6-3 while Ferron also lost 6-4, 6-4. 

The win guarantees three consecutive G-MAC regular season championships for the Lady Dragons.
