Provisional marks hit as men's track travels to multiple meets

Two provisional marks were hit by Tiffin University men's track and field standouts as the team traveled to multiple meets.

The Dragons competed at the Northeast Ohio Open at the University of Akron, the Flames Invitational at Lee University, and the Tennessee Invitational at the University of Tennessee.

Steele Butzin hit a provo mark in the javelin, placing 2nd at the Akron meet with a throw of 59.96. 

Jacob McPherson also placed 2nd in the hammer throw with a provisional mark of 59.08.

Other top placers at Akron included Garrett Wilson (4th in javelin with 55.92), Yassine Khalfaoui (6th in javelin with 45.15), and Vincent Volpe (7th in hammer throw with 54.25).

At Tennessee, Widchard Guervil took 7th in the 200 meters in 21.56, while Dylan Randall wass 10th with 21.69 and Malachi Adams was 12th in 21.74.

At Lee University, Nathaniel Ondracek was the top finisher, placing 5th in the 1500 meters in 3:53.03.

Other top placers were Octavious Joe (8th in 400 hurdles in 56.53), Jaden Wimbush (8thh in 10,000 in 31:24.11), and Tajarie Arthurton (10th in 200 in 21.91).
