Men's Track and Field Team Finishes Runner-up at G-MAC Championships

The Tiffin University men's track and field team was runner-up at the G-MAC Championship with 112 points.

Malachi Adams won the 60-meter dash with a time of 6.62, hitting an NCAA DII provisional mark. Adams came in second in the 200-meter dash with a provisional time of 21.21.

Dylan Randall was third with a time of 6.76, also hitting a provo mark, and teammate Te'sean Jefferson was fifth with a time of 6.92. Randall was fourth in the 200-meter dash with a provisional mark of 21.58, ad Michael McNeil was sixth in the 200 with a time of 21.92.

Nathaniel Ondracek came in third in the 800-meter run with a time of 1:51.49, hitting an NCAA DII Provisional mark, and teammate Lewis Cotterill hit a provisional mark as well with a time of 1:51.64.

The team of Shimar Bain, Michael McNeil, Lewis Cotterill, and Drevon Trapp hit a provisional mark in the 4x400m with a time of 3:16.09 to finish fourth.

Four Dragons hit provisional marks in the shot put as Kevin Hornbeak came in second with a mark of 17.09 meters, Ryan Cook finished third with a mark of 17.06 meters, Jacob McPherson was fourth with a throw of 16.86 meters, and Matthew Lamb was sixth with a mark of 16.59 meters.

Josiah Gadson finished fourth with 4814 points, hitting an NCAA DII provisional mark. He came in first in the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 8.39, fourth in the pole vault with a mark of 3.95 meters, and 12th in the 1000 run with a time of 3:17.94.

Shimar Bain came in sixth in the 400-meter dash with a time of 48.96.
