Men's Track and Field Improve to No. 8 in the Nation

The Tiffin University men's track and field team jumped up two spots and is ranked 8th in the nation in the USTFCCCA National Rating Index.

The Dragons are the top G-MAC team in the rankings followed by Findlay in 19th and Walsh in 26th.

Jacob McPherson leads the way as he is ranked second in the nation in the weight throw with a provisional mark of 20.74 meters and he holds the fourth-best throw in the shot put with a throw of 18.23 meters.

Collin Jasin is fourth in the nation in the pole vault with a mark of 5.20 meters.

Malachi Adams leads the sprinters as he has the fourth-best time in the nation in the 60-meter dash with a time of 6.69, Adams also recorded the 12th-best time in the nation at 21.50 in the 200-meter dash.

Benedict Draghi is 18th in the nation in the weight throw with a mark of 18.95 meters and teammate Thomas Nelson is 29th in the nation with a throw of 18.23 meters.

Josiah Gadson is 23rd in the nation in the Heptathlon with a score of 4940 points.

Dylan Randall is 20th in the nation in the 60-meter dash with a time of 6.82.
