Men's Track and Field team Participates in Lewis Open

The Tiffin University men's track and field team participated in the Lewis Open.

The Dragons took the top two spots in the 60-meter dash as Malachi Adams placed first with an NCAA DII Provisional time of 6.72 and Dylan Randall came in second with an NCAA DII Provisional time of 6.82.

Adams also won the 200-meter dash, hitting an NCAA DII Provisional mark in the 200-meter dash with a time of 21.50, Dylan Randall was third with a time of 21.93, Shimar Bain came in fifth with a time of 22.20, Michael McNeil finished eighth with a time of 22.31, and Josiah Gadson was ninth with a time of 22.31.

Nathaniel Ondracek took first place in the mile run with a time of 4:12.18 and teammate Charles Guigon was sixth with a time of 4:15.35.

Josiah Gadson was third in the long jump with a mark of 6.98 meters and teammate Elijah Miller finished sixth with a mark of 6.75 meters.

Michael McNeil was sixth in the 400-meter run with a time of 50.32, followed by Shimar Bain in ninth with a time of 50.56, Drevon Trapp in 10th with a time of 50.73, and Reyhan Muhammad in 11th with a time of 51.03.

Lewis Cotterill finished third in the 800 meters with a time of 1:53.79 and Anthony Sasso was seventh with a time of 1:56.86.

Cade Carter was third in the pole vault with a mark of 4.62 meters.

Octavious Joe placed seventh in the 60 hurdles with a time of 8.89.

Garrett Hoepf finished fifth in the high jump with a leap of 1.93 meters.

In the weight throw, Carson Hodson came in sixth with a throw of 16.46 meters, Cameron Black was seventh with a throw of 16.43 meters, and Kevin Hornbeak was eighth with a mark of 16.06 meters.
