Ruben Fonga became Tiffin's first ITA Division II All-American, as the ITA announced its All-American team.

Fonga finished the season ranked 9th in the singles rankings. Fonga, who was ranked as high as 2nd in the nation in the ITA singles rankings, posted a 22-2 singles record along with a 15-7 doubles mark this season. He is also a two-time First Team All G-MAC selection. 

The Dragons finished the year ranked 26th in Division II following their 20-3 season. They were the G-MAC regular season and tournament champions and qualifed for the NCAA regional tournament for the second consecutive year.
