The College Swimming & Diving Coaches of America (CSCAA) has announced their 2018-19 All-Academic Team honors and Scholar All-Americans, with both the Tiffin men's and women's teams making the cut for the team award as well as Miguel Garcia Arroyo earning Scholar All-American status.

TU was one of 83 women's teams and 53 men's teams to receive the team award across Division II, which is given to programs that achieve a GPA of 3.0 or higher. The women recorded a 3.24 combined GPA, while the men posted a mark of 3.09.

To earn Scholar All-American First Team recognition, swimmers must achieve a GPA of 3.50 or higher as well as compete at their respective NCAA/NAIA/NJCAA Swimming and Diving Championships. Honorable mention honors go to student-athletes who similarly achieve a minimum GPA of 3.50 as well as record a "B" time standard or compete at NCAA qualifier events. Garcia Arroyo met the criteria for an Honorable Mention selection, reaching the GPA mark and recording three "B" cut times during the season.
