Kason Martin and Grant Woodfin were named G-MAC Football Offensive and Special Teams Players of the Week, respectively.

Martin led a record-setting effort by Tiffin's offense in a 79-14 win over McKendree. He completed 17 of 25 passes for 279 yards and no interceptions along with 3 touchdowns passing along with another rushing touchdown as TU set a new single-game points record. He had TD passes of 24, 43, and 35 yards along with a 1-yard TD run in roughly three quarters of work. Overall the offense accounted for 614 total yards. Tiffin was a perfect 6-for-6 in the red zone with 5 touchdowns while also going 4-for-5 on fourth-down conversions. Martin was also sacked just once in the game. 

Woodfin accounted for 13 points in Tiffin's 79-14 victory over McKendree, going 10 for 10 on PAT tries and kicking a 26-yard field goal. His 10 extra points also set a new TU single-game record, breaking the old record of 9 held by four different kickers.

Tiffin travels to St. Anselm in Manchester, New Hampshire in their second game of the season. Kickoff is 3:30 pm.
