The Tiffin University baseball team lost 21-8 to Ashland University in non-conference action.

The Eagles improve to 5-6 overall while the Dragons fall to 10-5 overall.

With gusts of up to 40 mph, the balls were flying all over with Ashland opening the scoring in the top of the second with a home run from Rogers to left field that scored the runner on third to lead 2-0.

After Griffin Stevens singled up the middle Tim Orr homered to tie the score at 2-2.

The Eagled started off hot with a home run for Austin Eifrid to lead by one.

The Dragons answered again in the bottom of the third. With runners on the corners Nich Green flew out to center field to score Mario Pugnetti from third to tie the game at 3-3.
