Eight Provos Recorded for the Tiffin Women at Dragon Open

TIFFIN, Ohio - The No. 21 Tiffin women had another fantastic showing at their second home meet of the indoor season, earning eight NCAA Championships provisional qualifying marks at the Tiffin Dragon Open.

Provisional Qualifiers

  • Rajiah Andrews won the 60m with a time of 7.58 seconds, the second-best time in GMAC history only to the mark she set in December
  • Tatiyana Cooper-Laylor took second in the 60m in 7.64 seconds, equalling her now third-best GMAC mark from December
  • Marisa Gwinner won the high jump with a mark of 1.74 meters, tying her own third-best GMAC mark
  • Mercedeez Francis took second in the high jump with a mark of 1.71 meters, height puts her fifth on TU's top ten list and is also the seventh-best mark in GMAC history
  • Lydia DePrey took first in the pole vault with a height of 3.65 meters
  • Shalbe Evans won the long jump with a mark of 5.70 meters, 10th-best mark in GMAC history and moves her up to third on Tiffin's top-10 list in the event
  • Brenda Johnson won the shot put with a throw of 15.12 meters, moves her up to fourth all-time at Tiffin and is the sixth-best mark in GMAC history
  • Nicole Berry took second in the shot put with a throw of 14.10 meters

  • Ines Macadam took first in the mile with a time of 5:34.03
  • Jazilee Williams took second in the 60m Hurdles with a time of 9.17 seconds
  • Keyonna McGill finished third in the 60m in 7.69 seconds, 10th-best mark in GMAC history, she is also now seventh on TU's top-10 in the event
  • Destiny Sandlin took second in the 400m with a time of 1:03.74
  • McGill took first in the 200m in 25.61 seconds, Cooper-Laylor finished second in 25.96 seconds, and Venasia Beckford third in 27.02 seconds
  • Chloe Will finished third in the 3000m with a time of 11:26.72
  • 4x400m Relay A team took second with a time of 4:11.56
  • Dalaney Rogala finished third in the high jump with a mark of 1.58 meters
  • Madeline Hayes finished second in the pole vault with a mark of 3.50 meters
  • Williams finished second in the long jump with a mark of 5.38 meters, Miaisha Blair was third with a jump of 5.32 meters
  • Blair was first in the triple jump with a mark of 10.99 meters
  • Berry was second in the weight throw with a mark of 15.81 meters that moves her to sixth all-time at Tiffin, Alaura Holycross was also third with a mark of 14.84 meters
