Lady Dragons take 3rd at Hillsdale Invite

The Lady Dragons finished 3rd out of 19 teams and hit a meet record and a provisional mark at the Hillsdale Wide-Track Classic.
 
Academy of Art won the overall title with 96 points, but TU stayed close, finishing just behind Baldwin Wallace's 85 points with 84. Grand Valley State had 81 points and Spring Arbor 75.
 
Nicole Berry hit the meet record in the shot put with an NCAA mark of 14.98 meters. Berry was followed by Brenda Johnson, who hit a provisional mark of 14.16 meters. 
 
Rajiah Andrews finished 5th in the  Triple Jump (10.66 meters) and also 7th in the 60 meters. Brittany Holbrook placed 5th in high jump (1.52 meters), while Tatiyana Cooper-Laylor finished 5th in 400 meters, and Chloe Liebold placed 6th in 600 meters.
 
TU's 4x400 meter relay team finished 4th with a time of 4:02.33.
