Women's Swim team earns academic honor

Tiffin University's women's swim and dive team was one of three GMAC schools to earn Scholar All American honors from the CSCAA.

Findlay, Hillsdale and Tiffin represented the Great Midwest Athletic Conference as The College Swimming And Diving Coaches Association (CSCAA) revealed its Scholar All-America Team for the Fall 2019 semester.
 
A record number of 762 programs from 480 institutions were reported by the CSCAA for Scholar All-America Team awards.
 
The teams were selected on the basis of their Fall grade point averages and represent 17,685 student-athletes.
 
Both Findlay's men's and women's programs made the list while Hillsdale also qualified. Tiffin sported a 3.29 GPA.
 
Founded in 1922, the College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA), is the nation's first organization of college coaches. The mission of the CSCAA is to advance the sport of swimming and diving with coaches at the epicenter of leadership, advocacy, and professional development.
