Colin Armstrong

Colin Armstrong enters his second year as assistant coach of the women’s soccer program in 2019-20.

A native of Worthington, Ohio, Armstrong played at Bowling Green State University where he made 55 total appearances. He continued playing in the NPSL with the Myrtle Beach Mutiny and then locally with Toledo United in the PLA and Toledo Villa in the UPSL.

Over the past 3 years Armstrong coached the girl's program at Toledo Central Catholic High School, helping lead them to their first-ever conference championship in 2017. Armstrong over this time has also worked for Pacesetter Soccer Club, working primarily with the U12 girls who played in Michigan’s Director’s Academy.

Armstrong graduated from Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Education and spent three years teaching history and technology at Toledo Central Catholic HS as well as coaching.

He and his wife Molly live in Toledo.
