Aileen Clouse is joining the Tiffin University women's soccer coaching staff. 

She most recently served as graduate assistant with the University of the Cumberlands Women's Soccer program in 2018, helping to lead the team to the most successful season in their history with a 15-4-1 record and advancing to the second round of the national tournament.

Clouse has also served as an Assistant Coach at St. Mary's College and the Girls Director of Coaching for Indiana Invaders FC. In her role with St. Mary's College, Clouse worked with the goalkeepers and defenders, while assisting with recruiting and camps.
 
Prior to getting into coaching, Clouse played four years of collegiate soccer, split between Defiance College (2011-12) and Holy Cross College (2012-14). At Holy Cross, she set the program's single-season save record with 195 saves (2012), garnered the first conference shutout in program history (2012) and was named to the CCAC All-Academic Team (2013).   

Her coaching licenses and certifications include: NSCAA Advanced National Diploma, NSCAA Goalkeeper Level 3 Diploma, USSF National D License, NSCAA Director of Coaching Diploma, and the Meulensteen Method 100 and 200 courses.

Clouse graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Business with a minor in Sports Management from Holy Cross College in May of 2014 and recently finished her Master's degree in Health and Human Performance.
