Bryan LaVearn, David Henson, Nicholas Smythe, Branden Mendoza, and Sam Lofaso III all earned the distinction.

LaVearn earned special distinction by garnering his fifth NWCA Scholar All American honor. Just eight of the wrestlers honored had the unique distinction of being named Scholar All-American for a fifth time, due to the extra year awarded by the COVID-19.

Henson and Smythe earned their third NWCA honor, while Mendoza and Lofaso landed their second award.
