Seven Tiffin University men's wrestlers and Head Coach Joey Simcoe landed spots on the All GMAC team as the conference announced its All GMAC postseason honors.

Branden Mendoza and David Henson were First Team picks, while Bryce Allison and Nicholas Mason garnered Second Team selections.

Making it on the Third Team were Bryan LaVearnCollin Adkins, and Dylan Mansor.

Head Coach Joey Simcoe landed Coach of the Year honors, his fourth Coach of the Year honor (GMAC - 2022, 2020, 2019; GLIAC - 2016). He led the Dragons to a fourth-place finish at the Super Region 3 Championships, sending five wrestlers to the NCAA National Championships. Mason ultimately finished third at nationals.

In addition, LaVearn was named the Elite 25 Award recipient. This marks the second consecutive year a Dragon grappler has earned the honor after Nicholas Smythe got it last season. Launched for the first time in the 2020-21 school year, the Great Midwest Athletic Conference Elite 25 Award aims to recognize student-athletes at the pinnacle of their sport, both athletically and academically. Each sport is presented with one men's and women's individual winner with the highest cumulative GPA from a championship-qualifying program.

This marks Mendoza's first All GMAC honor, as he made his mark by going 3-1 at the GMAC Duals. Henson, meanwhile, landed his third All-Conference honor and second First Team mark. He went 4-0 at the Duals.

Mason added to his long list of honors, as this marks his third All-Conference citation, while Allison earned his second consecutive Second Team honor.

LaVearn's All-Conference honor was also his third such honor, while Mansor's honor was his second career All-Conference nod. This is a first-time honor for Adkins.
