2017-18:
Minnich made huge strides on the mats during his sophomore season, finishing with a 28-16 overall record and a team-leading 70 takedowns. He was also second with 35 escapes and recorded two pins. Minnick finished fifth at the Midwest Regional, just missing qualification for Nationals.
2016-17:
Minnick finished 5-16 overall with 18 takedowns.
Personal:
Beau is a native of Clyde, Ohio and is majoring in Business. He is the son of Mike and Heidi Minnick and has three siblings.
High School:
Beau graduated from Clyde High School. While attending, he was a 4-time OHSAA Qualifier, placing twice, including a runner up finish.
