Tiffin University (7-5, 3-0 G-MAC) maintained its perfect record in the conference, opening a lead early and never trailing in an 11-8 win at Walsh.

The two teams traded punches early. With Tiffin leading 5-4 with 11:45 remaining in the opening half, the Dragons put together a 3-1 run to close out the half and hold an 8-5 lead at the break. Maddy Batley, Daniela Carey, and Elle Hamilton scored big goals down the stretch to give TU the three-goal advantage.

For Hamilton, the opening 30 minutes were strong, as she tallied 4 goals. But it was the defense that made a stand in the second half, holding Walsh to just 3 goals.

Walsh scored in less than 50 seconds to open the second half but only allowed 2 more goals the rest of the game. The Dragons responded with 3 straight goals to jump ahead 11-6 with 20:00 left. 

Walsh tried to rally but the Dragons only allowed 6 more shots on goal the rest of the contest, with Kat Schneeberger making 4 saves over that span.

Overall TU outshot Walsh 27-18 and forced 21 Cavaliers' turnovers. They also held a 11-10 draw control edge, including a 5-2 mark in the second half. 

Hamilton finished with 4 goals and an assist with 5 ground balls, while Batley had 2 goals with 4 draws. Carey and Ashley Osbeck also had a couple goals each, while Amie Morrison had a goal and 4 draws. 

Schneeberger got the win in the nets, making 6 saves.
