Haley Horstman has been named Interim Head Women's Basketball Coach for Tiffin University.

Horstman takes over after the departure of Miriam Justinger after two seasons.

Horstman recently finished her first year as assistant coach for the women's basketball program. Prior to this year, Horstman spent the 2019-20 and 2020-21 seasons as the graduate assistant coach for Bluffton University. Over her two years at Bluffton, she helped coach the Beavers to a 28-19 record. During her time with Bluffton, four players were selected to receive HCAC All-Conference Team awards.

Before Horstman's coaching debut at Bluffton, she was a four-year starter and captain for the University of Findlay. She was part of a 20+ win season her senior year, making a run to the GMAC tournament Championship game and qualifying for the NCAA DII Tournament. Earning herself All-Conference awards as well as collecting 1,000+ career points, Horstman graduated in 2018 with her Bachelor's in Sports Business and Marketing finishing with a cumulative GPA of 3.6 and earning herself GLIAC Academic Excellence Awards. She also has a master's degree in Leadership from Bluffton University.
