Katelyn Moore has resigned as Head Stunt Coach at Tiffin University.

Moore is moving to the Virginia area with her fiancee, former TU assistant baseball coach Brett Kaminski, who will be serving as assistant baseball coach at Ferrum College. She has also accepted a position at Franklin County school as a Special Education teacher.

Moore coached the Dragons during the 2020-21 season, the third season since the program was started in 2018-19. The team registered a 1-4 record, with three of those losses by a combined 8 points, including narrow 12-10 and 10-9 decisions to Hiram. The sport has been classified by the NCAA as an emerging sport.

"I want to thank Katelyn for her time at Tiffin," said Athletic Director Lonny Allen. "She did an amazing job making an impact on our stunt and cheer program. We will miss her and wish her the best in her future endeavors."

"I'm so thankful for my time at TU," said Moore. "I will truly miss each one of these girls and each one of them will always have a special place in my heart. I'm very grateful to Lonny Allen for giving me this opportunity. TU is an amazing place to work and this has been one of the hardest decisions I have ever made. This is an amazing group of girls and the next coach will be so lucky to coach them."
