Tiffin University's men's cross country team finished 3rd of 6 teams at the Redstorm Classic held at Rio Grande, Ohio.

Cedarville won the event with a low of 31, while Shawnee State just edged out TU 70-71 for second place.

Nathaniel Ondracek was the top Dragons runner, taking 3rd overall with a time of 26:05.38. Jordan Hill was next for TU with 27:32.94, good for 16th place, while Danny Sparks also made the Top 20 with a 20th place spot in 27:46.08.

Dylan Hammond was 24th in 28:02.61, while Jaylen Lasseter finished 26th with a time of 28:35.15.

Other top finishers for TU included Nate Murphy (30th), Charles Hollbrook (34th), Joe Oren (41st), Joshua Bishop (45th), and Ryan Jensen (46th).

TU will next host the GMAC Championships on Oct. 24 at Seneca Hills Golf Course.
