Nathaniel Ondracek finished 5th for Tiffin University, as the Dragons placed 5th of 6 teams at the Tiffelberg Invitational.
Hillsdale won the event with a low of 47 points, just ahead of Walsh's 50. The battle for third was much closer, as Findlay scored 81 points, Malone 87, and Tiffin 89.
Ondracek was the top runner for TU, crossing the line in 26:10.1. Jaylen Lasseter was next in 9th place in 26:27.9.
The next five TU finishers all finished within 8 spots of each other. Jordan Hill was 24th (27:08.8), Danny Sparks was 25th (27:10.5), Jaden Wimbush was 26th (27:10.6), Dylan Hammond 28th (27:25.2), and Nate Murphy 32nd (27:51.4).
Other TU runners in the top 50 included Charles Hollbrook (37th), Joshua Bishop (42nd), Chase Drange (47th), Joe Oren (48th), and Jacob Zinn (50th).
