Four men's track and field athletes land spots at NCAA Nationals

Four Tiffin University men's track and field standouts landed spots at the NCAA Division II Indoor National Championships held at Pittsburg, Kansas March 11-12.

TU qualified one sprinter along with three field athletes. Malachi Adams made the cut in the 60 meter dash, posting a 6.75 mark.

Collin Jasin led the field athletes, qualifying in the pole vault with a clearance of 5.13 meters.

Lastly, two athletes made it in the weight throw. Jacob McPherson led TU's throwers with a distance of 20.13, while John Casper also made it with a 19.78 mark.

Adams, McPherson, and Casper are first-time indoor national qualifiers, while Jasin is making his third consecutive appearance in the pole vault. He earned First Team All American honors in each of the last two seasons.
