TIFFIN, Ohio - The Tiffin track & field men competed at the Dragon Grand Prix on Saturday, earning one automatic qualifying mark and eight more provisional marks during the third home meet of the indoor season.

The Dragons next split up at the Findlay Classic and Kent State Open next weekend, and also look ahead to hosting the GMAC Indoor Championships from Feb. 28-29.

Automatic Qualifiers

• Nikolas Curtiss hit a huge PR and NCAA Automatic Qualifying mark in the shot put with a toss of 19.40 meters (63'7.75"), fourth-best in GMAC history and just 5.5 inches shy of the TU record in the event

Provisional Qualifiers

• Errik Snell hit a provo in the 60m Hurdles prelims with a time of 8.12 seconds
• Lenell Shelby III also earned a provo in the 60m Hurdles prelims with a time of 8.20 seconds, moving him into eighth all-time at Tiffin in the event
• Jonte Baker picked up another provo in the 60m Dash prelims with a time of 6.81 seconds
• Collin Jasin took tied for first in the pole vault with a provo clearance of 4.78 meters
• Quincy Scott won the long jump by a wide margin with a provisional qualifying leap of 7.35 meters, seventh-best in GMAC history
• Eric Jackson was second in the shot put with a provo toss of 17.94 meters
• Jabari Bennett was third in the shot put with a provo distance of 17.82 meters
• Isaiah Allen was fourth in the shot put with a PR and provo distance of 17.49 meters

• Tiffin won the Distance Medley Relay with a time of 10:36.52
• Thomas Zor was second in the 60m hurdles final with a time of 8.25 seconds, moving him into ninth all-time at Tiffin in the event
• Jonte Baker, Elijah Gauldin, and Lenell Shelby III all tied for first in the 60m Dash final with a time of 6.90 seconds
• Josh Jaster won the 3000m Run with a time of 8:46.26
• Tiffin's 4x400m Relay A squad took second with a time of 3:28.29
• Jaelin Williams was second in the triple jump with a distance of 13.17 meters
