Matias Pesallaccia is in his second season as a graduate assistant coach for the Tiffin university men’s soccer program.
Pesallaccia, born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina, first came to the United States in 2018 to join the LIU Post Pioneers, where he played two seasons.
During his last season at LIU Post, Pesallaccia was the starting goalkeeper and captain of the team that reached the NEC Conference Final in its first NCAA D1 season. Pesallaccia played 14 games with a record of 55 saves and finished with a 0.754 save percentage.
Pesallaccia has also played for the Brooklyn Italians (NPSL).
Back in his hometown, Pesallaccia played ten years for C. A. Boca Juniors, joining the first team in 2017.
