Dragons Fall 2-0 in GMAC Championship Against Ohio Valley

The No. 3 Seed Tiffin University Dragons (7-4. 5-3 GMAC) fell to No. 1 Seed Ohio Valley (11-0-1, 9-0 GMAC) in the GMAC Championship game 2-0.

Ohio Valley started on the front foot in the game, scoring in the first five minutes of play off a goal from Juan Hoyos assisted by Luiz Neto. The Scots went into halftime up 1-0 with an advantage in shots (5-4) and corners (1-0). 

The Scots scored again at the start of the second half has Tomas Muller scored in the 54th minute to double their lead. 

The Dragons were unable to break through the Scots defense, with OVU holding a 11-9 shot edge. The Dragons managed 5 shots on goal but no corner kicks, with the Scots holding a 3-0 edge in corners. 

Declan Lehman took the loss in goal, making 3 saves over 90 minutes.
