Tiffin University (7-3) earned a trip to the GMAC Championship with a come-from-behind win over Cedarville 3-2 at Panther Stadium in the GMAC Semifinals.

The Dragons will take on Ohio Valley at 12 pm on May 2, as OVU defeated Ohio Dominican 5-2.

Tiffin got on the board first against the Yellow Jackets, as Caleb Gibbons took a pass from Juan Rosique and scored in the 7th minute.

TU's defense made it stand up until just before the half, when Ochoa Vazquez scored off a pass from Victor Pomelli in the 42nd minute to tie the game at the half 1-1.

Cedarville wasted no time taking the lead, scoring in the 46th minute on a goal by Andy Volk.

The Dragons kept up the pressure and took control of the game in lightning-like fashion, as Pero Mikulic took a pass from Joel Daly to even the game at 2-2 in the 76th minute.

Rosique was then taken down in the box less than a minute later, leading to a penalty kick goal that proved to be the gamewinner.

TU's defense clamped down, with Cedarville getting only two chances with shots in the 83rd and 84th minutes. Goalkeeper Declan Lehman made saves on both shots.

Lehman got the win in goal, making 5 saves overall over 90 minutes.

Cedarville held a 13-9 edge in total shots, including an 8-4 advantage in the second half.
