Tiffin University fell to Lake Erie 1-0 at Paradiso Field.

Tiffin University (7-4-3, 5-4-2 GMAC) outshot Lake Erie for the second straight time in a head-to-head matchup but the result was the same, as a second half goal sent the Storm to a 1-0 victory.

Much like the Dragons game at Lake Erie on Sept. 29, Tiffin outshot the Storm 17-7 overall including 8-3 in the second half. But after battling to a first half scoreless tie, Lake Erie scored the only goal it would need in the 72nd minute when Noah Elbana took a shot off a failed clear from 20 yards out and put it in the top left corner of the goal over Dylan Morris's diving arms.

Prior to the goal, Tiffin had peppered Lake Erie with 7 shots, including two that were saved right in front of the net. But after the goal, the Storm controlled the possessions, not allowing another shot by the Dragons until under 2:00 remained in the game. TU did not manage a shot on goal in that stretch.

Dylan Morris took the loss in goal, making 2 saves over 90 minutes.
