2nd half goal lifts Dragons 2-1 at Walsh

Tiffin University remained unbeaten on the season and in the GLIAC, getting a second half goal to clip Walsh 2-1 on the road.

TU (4-0, 2-0 GLIAC) opened scoring in the 6th minute, as Kangni Gabianou took a pass from Andre Landell and knocked it home for the quick 1-0 lead.

Walsh equalized in the 25th minute, knotting the score 1-1 at the break.

The game-winning goal came in the 54th minute, as Michael McPeek struck it home off a pass from Scott Byrom.

Cary Wilson and the Dragons defense made the goal stand up, with Wilson finishing with 4 saves over 90 minutes. Three of his saves came over the final 36 minutes.

Overall TU outshot the Cavaliers 14-9 and held a commanding 7-1 edge in corner kicks.
