Madison Labrador

Madison Labrador serves as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at Tiffin University.

Labrador graduated from Ball State University where she earned both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in exercise science and sports performance. During that time, she had the opportunity to intern and be a graduate assistant coach in Olympic sports under the direction of Coach Mandy Harrison and Coach Jason Roberson.

Labrador also played softball professionally from 2018-2019 including a short stint with the Puerto Rico Olympic team in Summer 2019. In 2020, she began working with The Barn Academy in Yorktown, Indiana as Director of Sports Performance, which allowed her to get involved in spearheading the development of the company's sports performance department from ground zero. Labrador served as the head strength coach for all athletes ranging from youth-high school and adults.

Labrador played for the Ball State softball team from 2016-18, while also competing collegiately at Spartanburg Methodist and USC Aiken. At Ball State, Labrador was a two-time First Team All-MAC player (2017, 2018) while also being named to the 2018 Academic All-MAC Team and the 2018 First Team All-Conference Tournament Team. While at SMC, she was named NJCAA Region X First Team, NJCAA Region X Player of the Year, and 2016 NJCAA DI Softball Marucci Elite Hitter Award recipient. 

She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist from NSCA and is also certified in CPR and AED (AHA).
