"I would like to thank Lonny Allen for this incredible opportunity to lead a great group of women," said Minnard. "I would also like to thank my family and friends for making this opportunity possible. I am very excited to get to work and bring continued success to Tiffin University."

"Chandler was very impressive in the interviewing process," said Athletic Director Lonny Allen. "His background of head coaching experience plus what he does at the club level made him the obvious choice to be the next leader of our women's wrestling program. We look forward to working in conjunction with Chandler to provide our women's wrestling program the best experience possible."
