Tiffin University went 3-1 at the Dragon Duals, posting wins over Schreiner, Adrian, and Hiram before falling in a close battle with Gannon.

TU opened with a 38-9 win over Schreiner, then dominated Adrian 32-15 and Hiram 43-0. They fell to Gannon 27-19 in a dual that came down to the final weight class.

Against Schreiner, Olivia Shore (109 pounds) powered her way to a pin in 1:42 following an opening forfeit victory for Shanna Morris (101). After Schreiner got a 10-0 win over Trinity Oredina (116) and a forfeit win at 123 pounds, the Dragons won all the remaining weight classes.

TU got two pins from Solana Mottola (130) in 2:39 and Ariana Carrasquillo (136) in come-from-behind fashion in 1:41. Senior Taylor Hites (155) and Taryn Martin (170) both got 10-0 tech fall wins, while Nia Miranda (143) and Morgan Davidson (191) won by forfeit.

Against Hiram, TU got six wins by forfeit. Michal Buska (136) and Aliya Martin (155) both got 10-0 tech fall victories, while Davidson also got a win by pin in just 15 seconds.

Against Adrian, TU won three of the first six matches before dominating the final four weight classes. Morris and Shore got forfeit wins before Mottola flattened her opponent in just 26 seconds. Miranda and Davidson got strong pin victories, with Miranda winning in 1:33 and Davidson in 41 ticks. Hites got a 10-0 tech fall victory, and Martin outpointed her opponent 12-6.

Finally, against Gannon, the Dragons got in a hole early, dropping four of the first five bouts. Shore won a close one at 109 pounds, but four other losses (two by pin) put TU in a 16-3 hole.

The Dragons started to come back, winning the next three weight classes and sparked by a dramatic pin in 2:35 by Carrasquillo. Miranda followed with a 10-0 win, and Hites narrowed the gap more with a pin in 3:50.

After Martin fell 4-1, the Dragons were still within three points, but Davidson suffered a defeat by pin in 38 seconds as Gannon put the match away.
