"We are very proud of the performances of the team this past weekend. We wrestled really well, and to every final whistle. We are especially proud to watch the young ladies not give up, fighting off their backs and coming back to win matches. We as a whole are staying in better position, hand fighting better. We no longer back up from our opponents, we are seeing more confidence in our leg attacks, our transition wrestling is better. Every time we step on the mat we show that we are continuing to improve and using the techniques we learn in practice," said Head Coach Britney Gadd.
