TIFFIN, Ohio - Fresh off an impressive nonconference victory against Ashland on Tuesday, Tiffin volleyball will now resume GMAC play with a pair of important matches at home against Kentucky Wesleyan and Trevecca Nazarene.

Dragon Details:
Tiffin is riding high with an impressive past couple of weeks, going 3-0 with conference sweeps of Cedarville and Ohio Dominican along with a 3-1 win over top GLIAC school Ashland earlier this week on Tuesday.
The Dragons currently sit in third in the GMAC standings, a game back of conference unbeatens Hillsdale and Walsh. If records hold true, TU will have a chance to knock Walsh from the undefeated ranks next Friday and move up to No. 2 when the Dragons host the Cavaliers during the final weekend of the regular season.
Jenna Huffman's stellar senior season continued on Tuesday, coming just one kill shy of her career-high with 26 on the night. She is currently third in the nation in both kills per set with 4.70 and points per set with 5.32.
Loryn Huffman has moved up to third in the GMAC with 10.20 assists per set, while Sam Fallis is also third with 4.65 digs per set. Fallis is also second with 34 aces on the year, and Grace Schreiber is fifth with 68 blocks.
Scouting the Panthers:
Kentucky Wesleyan is currently two spots behind Tiffin in the GMAC standings at 6-3 in conference play. They are 3-1 over their last four conference games, with sweeps of Alderson Broaddus and Ohio Valley, a 3-2 victory over Findlay, and a 3-0 loss to undefeated Hillsdale.
TU swept KWC the last time the two teams met on Nov. 3, 2018 in the Gillmor Center. Jenna Huffman had 14 kills and Sam Fallis 16 digs to lead TU.
Danielle Brouillette is currently fifth in the conference with a .281 attack percentage, while Sierra Morrow is third with 33 aces. Nilah Roy is sixth with 4.28 digs per set, and Morrow is also eighth with 66 blocks on the year.
Scouting the Trojans:
Trevecca Nazarene is right behind KWC in sixth in the conference standings at 5-4. They have had the same results in the last four GMAC contests as the Panthers, finishing with an exciting 3-2 win over Findlay on their Senior Day last Saturday.
A year ago, the Trojans were able to take a set from Tiffin but dropped the other three by scores of 25-16, 25-8, and 25-12 as the Dragons took a 3-1 win on Nov. 2. Jenna Huffman had a great all-around game, recording 20 kills, a .486 hitting percentage, and seven blocks.
Ellie Buffler leads the Trojan front line with 3.30 kills per set (sixth in GMAC) and is joined by Austyn Baldwin who sports an efficient .352 hitting percentage that is good enough for second in the conference. Buffler also leads the GMAC with 46 aces on the year.
Claire Hindman is the team leader with 3.92 digs per set, while Chloee McDaniel is sixth in the conference with 8.36 assists per set.
