Marisa Gwinner has been named CoSIDA Academic All District.

Gwinner was the top finisher for the Dragons at the NCAA Outdoor National Championships, as the defending 2019 high jump champion took second despite topping her own school record with a leap of 1.79 meters (5-foot, 10.5 inches). Gwinner's honor gives her five All American honors in her career.

The 2020-21 Academic All-District® Women's Track and Field/Cross Country Teams, selected by CoSIDA, recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances in athletic competition and in the classroom. The CoSIDA Academic All-America® program separately recognizes honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
 
First-team Academic All-District® honorees advance to the CoSIDA Academic All-America® ballot. First-, second and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced in early August.
 
The CoSIDA Academic All-District® teams are divided into geographic districts across the United States and Canada.
